Description About Anyware Anyware Robotics builds general-purpose mobile manipulator robots for industrial applications. Our robots are trusted by customers across logistics, retail, and manufacturing, supporting applications such as truck unloading, mobile palletizing, and machine tending. The Role The robots run on AnywareOS , our industrial physical intelligence system. Its architecture is modular and designed to generalize across applications without reprogramming. We are looking for a Sr. Robotics Infrastructure Engineer to improve the platform our infrastructure team runs AnywareOS on: the release and deployment pipeline, the runtime on each robot, the fleet management system, web applications, and AI tooling. You measure success by how fast a change reaches a customer robot safely, and how quickly a field failure is understood. This is a hands-on senior individual-contributor role. You will write production code every day. What you'll do Ship software to the fleet — CI/CD, Docker images, releases, and deployments across customer robots. Make the on-robot runtime fast and predictable — profile and optimize robot services, middleware communication, and compute usage to meet cycle-time budgets. Build the fleet management system (FMS) — the cloud services that connect the fleet to customers' warehouse systems, on secure AWS infrastructure defined as code. Build the robot data platform — the pipelines that bring robot data to the cloud and turn it into ML training data and fleet health monitoring. Build web applications — the operator HMI on every robot and the internal tools engineers, operators, and field teams use daily. Build AI tools and agentic workflows — agents that automate engineering and operations work across development, deployment, and the field. Required Skills 3+ years building and operating production software infrastructure — CI/CD, Docker, and AWS (or GCP) — ideally for physical, edge, or real-time systems. Strong modern C++ and Python , with Linux system-level debugging and performance profiling. Low-level systems depth — IPC, networking, shared memory, concurrency — and the judgment to find where latency and throughput actually go. Fluent in AI-assisted development — you work with coding agents daily and review their output critically. Nice to have ROS 2 and DDS in production. Behavior trees (BT) and finite state machines (FSM) for robot task execution. Web and backend service development. Building products or workflows on LLM agents. Infrastructure as code, secrets management, and SSO. Fleet software delivery and device provisioning. Robot data pipelines, ML pipelines, and observability stacks. GPU software deployment on edge compute. Robotics startup or warehouse automation experience. Why Anyware Real Impact, From Day One: Your work will directly shape the robots and system that power every deployment. This isn't a research demo. Your work ships directly into customer sites across logistics, retail, and 3PL, solving real problems at scale, and you'll see the results of your work in production, not just in a paper. Ground Floor, Real Ownership: Our team is doubling in size every year. That means real responsibility early, room to shape how things get built, and meaningful equity in a company at its inflection point. You won't be one voice among hundreds; your decisions will directly shape the product and the company. A Team Built to Win: You'll work alongside a top-tier team with a track record to match, including six Best Paper Awards and Finalists (ICRA 2025 and ICRA 2024 among them) and back-to-back Best Innovation Awards for Pixmo at ProMat 2025 and …
