About the Opportunity: The SR RESEARCH CONTRACT SPECIALIST role involves negotiating and preparing a variety of clinical research study contracts. This position supports the organization’s mission by ensuring effective management of research agreements, thereby facilitating organizational effectiveness and compliance. The specialist’s work directly impacts the success of clinical research initiatives and the alignment of resources to support long-term sustainability. Responsibilities:  Negotiate and prepare clinical research study contracts including Confidentiality Agreements, Non-Disclosure Agreements, Clinical Trial Agreements, Nonconforming Subcontracts, Master Service Agreements, Material Transfer Agreements, and Data Transfer Agreements. Requirements:  U.S. work authorization required.  Bachelors degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.  Minimum of 3 years experience in research administration or legal-related contract experience. Preferred Qualifications:  Advanced contract management skills, particularly with Clinical Trial Agreements.  Strong communication and negotiation abilities.  Analytical skills for contract analysis.  Relationship management experience.  Process improvement and resilience in changing environments.  Knowledge of compliance and federal regulations related to clinical research.  Administrative experience in research settings.  Leadership and training capabilities.  Project management and efficiency.  Engagement with industry best practices and innovation. Pay Range and Compensation Package:  The estimated base salary range for this job is $95,000 - $130,000.  Total estimated compensation, including annual incentive, ranges from $106,400 - $153,400.  Eligibility to participate in the organizations benefit plans including medical, dental, and vision coverage.
