ns, and technology. They understand how assortment decisions impact planning, manufacturing, fulfillment, customer experience, and enterprise systems, and can effectively align senior stakeholders around a common vision and execution strategy.
This person is equally comfortable discussing assortment and product strategy with merchandising leaders, operational processes with supply chain teams, and requirements and integrations with technology partners. Their ability to build consensus, drive decisions, and maintain momentum across a large, complex organization will be critical to success.
Program Manager will lead a large-scale transformation initiative focused on introducing and scaling a customer-order driven manufacturing model for a premium consumer products business.
This role will oversee a highly visible, enterprise-wide program spanning product, supply chain, manufacturing, retail operations, logistics, finance, legal, and technology teams. The successful candidate will serve as the central point of coordination across stakeholders, ensuring alignment on business processes, requirements, timelines, risks, and execution milestones from program definition through go-live.
This is an ideal opportunity for a senior program leader with deep experience managing complex operational transformations involving manufacturing, fulfillment, customer experience, and integrated technology ecosystems.

Required Qualifications
• 10+ years of program management experience leading large, cross-functional initiatives.
• Demonstrated success delivering complex transformation programs across multiple business functions.
• Strong background in manufacturing, supply chain, retail operations, consumer goods, luxury products, or related industries.
• Experience with customer-order, build-to-order, personalization, or product configuration business models.
• Ability to facilitate executive-level discussions and influence stakeholders without direct authority.
• Proven experience managing risks, dependencies, governance structures, and executive communications.
• Strong business process mapping and requirements gathering expertise.
• Experience working with enterprise technology environments, including ERP, planning, fulfillment, and operational systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with inventory planning, order management, fulfillment, and production workflows.
• Exposure to product master data, pricing processes, and cross-system integrations.
• PMP, PgMP, or comparable project/program management certification is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or a related field.
