· Manages the strategic operations of chemical processing lines, chemical and waste treatment to meet all production and Quality requirements. Executes company policies and procedures while continuously seeking process and performance improvements.
· Develops and mentors existing entry-level managers/supervisors. Prepare for future shop requirements through training and employee development.
· Determines resource requirements and ensures that assigned department(s) have adequate resources and capacity to meet company requirements customer demand.
· Troubleshoots and solves production process problems with processes and equipment already in operation while minimizing costs and preventing delivery delays. Seeks additional internal/external resources as necessary.
· Identifies and mitigates potential problems and conflicts in the areas of cost/employee relations/quality/productivity.
· Continuously works to improve and enforce quality standards; monitors corrective actions for workmanship issues. Ensures employees know and follow the appropriate Quality Assurance Procedures (QAP).
· Ensure personnel are operating the company Quality Management System to drive areas of improvement Review established metrics for all departments to ensure all areas are operating at the highest efficiency possible.

· Develops, Plans, and executes effective process improvements.
· Analyze workforce requirements and adjust as necessary at the right frequency to achieve productivity requirements.
· Continuously manage performance and provide coaching and guidance to direct reports, Supervisors, and shop floor level employees.
· Work to create and sustain a continuous improvement culture.
· Works with the Leadership Team to develop and drive business/organizational goals and expectations.
· Continuously identifies and removes constraints; allocate human and equipment resources and direct production employees to all established goals and business targets.
· Maintain existing plant facilities, production equipment, and systems and develop business plans to justify replacement or improvement when necessary.
