Sr. Operations Manager (Construction) - 2172

A growing construction company is seeking a senior Operations Manager to oversee projects from estimation through completion, ensuring all jobs are delivered on time, on budget, and at high quality standards.

Responsibilities Include:

• Oversee estimation, project coordination, production, and service teams

• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget

• Build and improve operational processes across departments

• Manage accountability and performance across teams

• Oversee ground-up multi-unit construction projects

• Coordinate with overseas manufacturing partners

• Develop operational systems to improve efficiency

Ideal Qualifications:

• Strong project management experience in construction

• Experience with ground-up multi-unit buildings

• Operational leadership experience managing multiple departments

• Process-driven mindset with strong accountability skills

• Familiarity with manufacturing environments

Salary: $150k - $200k/Year
