TONYMOLY USA is looking for an Account Manager with experience working on Amazon Vendor Central to help us grow our Amazon online business. In this role, you will be responsible for all aspects of Amazon e-commerce management experience. The ideal candidate will drive sales growth and optimize our Amazon presence, as well as ensure that our operational processes, particularly order fulfillment, are efficient, accurate, and aligned with Amazon’s stringent standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Strategy:
- Develop data-driven sales strategies to achieve targets, grow market share on Amazon, and manage advertising for optimal ROI.
- Conduct in-depth market research to understand consumer trends and competitor activity on Amazon.
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for sales and operational improvement.
- Collaborate with Amazon Vendor Central representatives to optimize profitability.
- Act as the key point of contact with Amazon, managing daily requests and working closely with internal cross-functional teams
Product Management:
- Optimize product listings on Vendor Central to improve search ranking and conversion rates.
- Manage high-quality product photography and videography to enhance brand image.
- Develop engaging A+ Content to educate customers about product features and benefits.
Inventory & Fulfillment:
- Implement data-driven inventory management strategies to minimize storage fees while meeting customer demand.
- Develop and execute operational plans for efficient order fulfillment through Vendor Central.
- Analyze fulfillment data to identify bottlenecks and streamline operations for cost reduction.
Communication & Collaboration:
- Maintain positive seller feedback by ensuring prompt fulfillment and excellent customer service.
- Regularly communicate performance metrics and insights to leadership.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product development, marketing, supply chain) for strategic alignment.
Qualifications:
- Experience: At least 3~5 years of proven experience in Amazon account management and operations
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Technical and Operational Skills: Deep understanding of Amazon’s ecosystem, SEO, PPC, AMS, and fulfillment operations. Expertise in analyzing data to drive sales and operational decisions.
- Strategic and Operational Thinking: Demonstrated ability to strategize at both the macro and micro levels, ensuring sales growth while maintaining operational excellence.
- Communication: Exceptional communication skills and drive continuous improvement.
