n's supply chain is one of the most sophisticated in the world: multi-year capital cycles, wafer-out to customer-ship horizons measured in months, a build-to-plan die mix that must be re-solved constantly against volatile demand, and a global factory network where a single sourcing decision cascades across fabs, probe, assembly, and test. The solutions that plan and orchestrate that network are owned by Supply Chain Engineering.
As Sr. Manager, Supply Chain Solutions, you own the health, evolution, and roadmap of the enterprise solutions behind Integrated Business Planning (IBP) and Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP). You lead a global group composed equally of business analysts, solution inventors, and supply chain engineers. These people work between the planners who run the business and the platforms that carry it. They are accountable for both the process development and the resulting system behavior.
This is not an IT role. You are a leader in logistics operations who happens to be proficient in systems. We expect you to argue with a demand manager about consensus netting logic in the morning, arbitrate a functional design decision with an architect in the afternoon, and take a roadmap and an investment case to executive staff the next week. You will be measured on planning outcomes — cycle time, plan quality, forecast accuracy, decision latency, service — not on tickets closed.
We are hiring for depth. This role requires someone who has experience doing this at scale in a supply chain of similar complexity. They must also be able to improve an already strong team.
Responsibilities:
• Lead the end-to-end IBP/S&OP solution portfolio, ensuring operational stability, continuous improvement, and support for demand, supply, scenario, and what-if planning.
• Define and complete the multi-year IBP roadmap, including platform evaluations, argument development, solution selection, and transformation initiatives.
• Govern planning cycle readiness through effective management of calendars, data quality, system performance, releases, and planning governance.
• Establish and drive key performance metrics across planning excellence, forecast reliability, data integrity, decision speed, and system health.
• Lead the Business Analyst function, setting standards for requirements, solution design, prioritization, testing, releases, and systems-thinking practices.
• Leverage AI/ML to improve planning outcomes through automation, anomaly detection, scenario modeling, and decision support, built on trusted data foundations.
• Build and lead a high-performing distributed team, ensuring clear ownership, collaboration, operational excellence, and accountability across regions.
• Partner with executive leadership to communicate strategy, manage change initiatives, oversee vendor relationships, and drive business value from IBP/S&OP investments.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field and 12+ years of progressive experience in supply chain planning, systems, or transformation.
• 5+ years of people leadership experience, including managing globally distributed teams across multiple regions and time zones.
• Proven ownership of enterprise S&OP/IBP solutions, including roadmap, design authority, release management, business outcomes, and full solution lifecycle delivery.
• Deep expertise with advanced planning platforms (e.g., Kinaxis, Blue Yonder, o9, SAP IBP, Anaplan) and strong knowledge of SAP ECC/S/4HANA planning processes, master data, and planning models.
• Experience in complex manufacturing industrie
