MANAGER, STRATEGIC SOURCING leads the General & Administrative sourcing function, managing a substantial third-party spend portfolio of approximately $150 million annually. This role partners with multiple corporate functions to develop and execute supplier strategies that balance commercial value, risk management, operational excellence, and stakeholder experience. The position also involves leading and developing a team of sourcing professionals and evolving sourcing capabilities within the organization. Responsibilities: Lead category strategy and sourcing plans for General & Administrative spend aligned with business priorities. Manage complex sourcing processes from requirement gathering through supplier selection and contract management. Establish commercial strategies and negotiate agreements covering pricing, service levels, risk, and governance. Analyze spend data, market intelligence, supplier assessments, and total-cost-of-ownership to inform decisions. Collaborate with senior stakeholders across Finance, Legal, Trust & Safety, People, IT, and Workplace. Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sourcing team with clear priorities and growth opportunities. Enhance sourcing processes, tools, governance, and data practices for scalability and transparency. Utilize AI to support analysis, research, and sourcing planning while ensuring quality and data security. Requirements: Minimum 10 years’ experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, category management, or related fields. At least 4 years of experience leading and developing teams. Proven experience managing strategic sourcing for significant indirect or General & Administrative spend. Expertise in leading complex supplier negotiations and structuring commercial agreements. Ability to partner with senior stakeholders to balance business, financial, legal, and risk priorities. Skilled in using spend data, supplier economics, market intelligence, and financial analysis to guide decisions. Demonstrated use of AI for accelerating analysis and workflow with appropriate oversight. Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain management, finance, or related discipline, or equivalent experience. Preferred qualifications include experience in technology or high-growth enterprises, expertise in G&A categories, familiarity with procurement and contract management tools, experience in procurement transformation, and advanced degrees or certifications.
