For our client, we are seeking a Sr. Manager, Strategic Sourcing to join the team of a leader in the Consumer Technology space. This role will lead strategic sourcing efforts across General & Administrative spend, shaping supplier strategies that balance cost, risk, and business needs. You will partner closely with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to drive disciplined procurement decisions, improve process efficiency, and support organizational growth. The position also includes building team capability, strengthening sourcing tools and workflows, and applying data and AI-enabled analysis to improve decision-making and execution. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $146,561 – $301,744 annually Responsibilities Lead sourcing strategies for General & Administrative expenditures. Manage complex sourcing processes from requirements gathering through performance evaluation. Establish commercial and risk strategies in supplier agreements. Utilize spend analysis and market research to develop strategic sourcing recommendations. Collaborate with senior leadership to align sourcing decisions with organizational needs. Develop and guide a high-performing sourcing team with clear objectives. Enhance sourcing processes and tools to improve efficiency and stakeholder engagement. Leverage AI for analytics and workflow execution in sourcing activities. Qualifications 10+ years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or a related field. 4+ years of leadership and team development experience. Expertise in managing substantial General & Administrative spend portfolios. Proven track record of complex supplier negotiations and contract structuring. Experience aligning sourcing strategies with diverse business priorities. Skilled in using data and market intelligence for strategic decision-making. Familiarity with AI applications in sourcing, with attention to quality and data protection. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degrees or certifications are preferred.
