MANAGER, GLOBAL PROCUREMENT (HARD HOME) is responsible for managing cost structures and procurement savings to support the company's mission of offering high-quality products at low prices. This role ensures competitive costing, supply continuity, and alignment of procurement with innovation and sustainability goals. It plays a key role in shaping global sourcing strategy and contributing to business growth. Responsibilities: Define and execute procurement category strategies aligned with business growth. Deliver cost reductions while maintaining product quality and ESG standards. Collaborate with technology teams to integrate procurement processes into digital tools. Manage end-to-end RFP processes to secure optimal pricing and commercial terms. Establish negotiation frameworks for sustainable category maturity. Develop AI tools for systematic RFP and scenario analysis. Utilize clean sheet costing to drive pricing transparency and approve buy plans. Lead margin reviews to meet company targets. Partner with material sourcing to ensure competitive pricing. Negotiate launch costing and schedule renegotiations for scale pricing. Support merchandising with scale costing targets. Collaborate with sourcing teams and vendors to integrate material benefits into finished goods costing. Requirements: Expertise in commodity costing, manufacturing excellence, and supply chain management. Experience in competitive bidding and negotiation. Ability to develop and implement procurement strategies. Familiarity with AI tools for procurement processes. Strong collaboration and cross-functional team skills.
