What you will do: Execute cycle counts, physical inventories, reconciliations, and audits to verify inventory accuracy and control. Investigate inventory discrepancies and operational issues, identify root causes, and coordinate timely corrective action with the appropriate teams. Coordinate replenishment, inventory transfers, adjustments, returns, and supporting documentation to meet customer and business requirements. Lead customer-specific VMI implementations and expansions, including inventory setup, onboarding, equipment installation, stakeholder communication, and go-live readiness. Partner across Warehouse, Purchasing, Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, technical support, and field teams to resolve material availability and customer service issues. Ensure all inventory and operational activities comply with established company procedures and safety requirements. Support the Operations Manager in daily execution, ensuring reliable customer service and consistent VMI program performance. Coordinate Replenishment Specialist schedules, routes, PTO coverage, workload balancing, and customer-site projects to maintain service continuity. Provide Replenishment Specialists with clear direction, operational coordination, and timely support for field issues. Diagnose and resolve mechanical, hardware, connectivity, and operational issues involving CribMaster vending machines, lockers, and related inventory technologies. Use CribMaster, Eclipse, Freshdesk, and related systems to monitor inventory performance, analyze exceptions, and support informed operational decisions. Apply sound judgment to prioritize competing demands and deliver effective solutions in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Perform other related responsibilities and special assignments that support operational priorities. What you will bring: High school diploma or equivalent required. Associate degree or additional education in business, supply chain, logistics, or a related area preferred. Three or more years of inventory control, warehouse, distribution, supply chain, or related operational experience preferred. Experience working with computerized inventory or ERP systems preferred. Strong understanding of inventory control practices and procedures. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies. High level of attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to organize and prioritize multiple responsibilities. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work effectively across multiple departments and levels of the organization. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Ability to learn and effectively use inventory management and ERP systems. Experience supporting field operations, service teams, or customer-site activities preferred. Experience with Vendor Managed Inventory programs and inventory technologies such as CribMaster, Eclipse, and Freshdesk preferred.
