Sr. Freight Transport Coordinator Sales Coral Springs, Florida Ship A Car Inc Sr. Freight Transport Coordinator Sales - Coral Springs, Florida - Full Time Ship A Car, Inc. is a Coral Springs, Florida based auto transport and freight brokerage that has been matching customers with vetted, FMCSA-licensed carriers since 2012. We are looking for an experienced coordinator to own a book of business accounts, including dealerships, fleet operators, and repeat commercial shippers, and keep those partners moving. This is a client-facing role for someone who can run relationships and transactions at the same time: quoting lanes, booking orders, and staying ahead of problems before a partner has to call about them. B2B experience helps, but we care more about follow-through. What You Will Do Own retention and growth for a defined book of business accounts Quote lanes, confirm bookings, and manage pickup and delivery communication end to end Serve as the liaison between your customers and the carriers assigned to their vehicles Keep orders, quotes, and status updates accurate in our CRM Spot risks and expansion opportunities inside your accounts and act on them Escalate cleanly when something needs a manager, and bring ideas that improve how we operate What We Look For Clear, professional communication by phone and email Strong time management and the ability to work independently Comfort working across spreadsheets, CRM software, and standard office tools A team-first attitude with a customer-retention mindset Prior transportation, logistics, or B2B account experience preferred but not required
