Concordant, LLCFormal eFAST Labor Category: Senior I Acquisition/Procurement/Contract Analyst Work Location: Fully Remote Employment Type: Full-Time Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Acquisition Analyst to provide acquisition and post-award contract administration support to Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) programs. This position supports contract and Task Order (TO) administration, financial tracking, funding actions, modifications, invoice and deliverable reviews, contract documentation, and coordination with FAA contracting and program management personnel. The ideal candidate has strong federal acquisition or contracting experience, excellent analytical and organizational skills, and the ability to independently manage multiple contractual and financial requirements in a deadline-driven environment. Key Responsibilities Provide post-award contract administration support for FAA contracts and Task Orders. Prepare and support contract and TO modifications, funding actions, correspondence, and related documentation. Process, review, and track invoices, deliverables, funding actions, expenditures, and contract modifications. Review invoices and contract deliverables for completeness, accuracy, and consistency with applicable contract and TO requirements. Monitor contract compliance, performance, funding status, payment milestones, and deliverable requirements. Develop financial and program projections based on spend plans, funding requirements, expenditures, available balances, and contract ceilings. Analyze contracts, modifications, invoices, funding documentation, and other contractual and financial data. Assist with technical reviews and cost/price analyses for TOs, modifications, and contractor proposals. Coordinate with FAA Contracting Officers (COs), Contracting Officer's Representatives (CORs), Program Offices, and other stakeholders regarding contractual, financial, and administrative matters. Prepare contract correspondence, memoranda, decision support documentation, reports, and briefings. Maintain complete and organized contract files, including deliverables, invoices, modifications, funding documentation, and financial records. Develop and maintain tracking tools and processes for contract deliverables, invoices, expenditures, modifications, and other contractual requirements. Track contracts, TOs, modifications, funding actions, and acquisition expenditures and prepare summary reports for Government review and analysis. Review applicable FAA Acquisition Management System (AMS) policies and procedures and support process improvement efforts. Maintain current knowledge of applicable contract and TO requirements, terms and conditions, and compliance requirements. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in acquisition, procurement, contracting, contract administration, or a related field. Experience supporting federal government contracts or acquisitions. Experience preparing, reviewing, analyzing, or tracking contract actions and documentation. Experience working with contractual and financial data. Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Preferred Qualifications Previous FAA Contract Specialist experience is a plus. Experience with the FAA Acquisition Management System (AMS). Experience supporting FAA Contracting Officers (COs), CORs, or Program Offices. Experience with FAA contracts and Task Orders. Experience with contract modifications, funding actions, invoice and deliverable review, financial tracking, and cost/price analysis.
