Sr EWM Configuration Lead (Implementation & Maintenance) (Remote)

For our client, we are seeking a Sr EWM Configuration Lead (Implementation & Maintenance) (Remote) to join the team of a leader in the Aerospace & Defense space. This role will focus on designing, configuring, and supporting enterprise warehouse management solutions that enable efficient logistics and distribution operations. The selected candidate will lead implementation and maintenance efforts, working closely with business users, technical teams, and external systems to ensure stable end-to-end process execution. The position also plays a key role in requirements gathering, testing, training, and integration across a complex technology landscape. You will serve as a hands-on lead for warehouse process configuration and support, helping translate operational needs into scalable system solutions. Success in the role will require strong collaboration across functions, independent task ownership, and the ability to support warehouse operations in a large, regulated environment. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $132,400 – $251,600 annually Responsibilities Design and implement enterprise warehouse management solutions for warehouse processes. Conduct workshops to gather logistics requirements from users. Lead implementation efforts, including training and testing support. Integrate the warehouse management solution with SAP S/4HANA and third-party systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage tasks independently. Qualifications University degree with 10 years of experience, or advanced degree with 7 years of experience, or 14 years of relevant experience without a degree. Hands-on experience configuring and implementing SAP EWM, including core warehouse processes. Familiarity with integration technologies like CIF, qRFC, IDOC, RFC, and BAPI.
