Operations Management & Integration Oversee procurement, inventory management, 3PL relationships, and transportation operations — ensuring seamless integration across the supply chain. Lead external manufacturing operations, including co-manufacturer performance, production scheduling, capacity planning, yields, quality issue resolution, and business-continuity planning. Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product Development, and Finance on company-wide initiatives including promotional support, new product launches, and demand forecasting.
