Qualifications:
-- Experience in Automotive, Manufacturing or other complex, fast-growing environments.
-- Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree or MBA preferred. 
-- 15+ years of progressive HR experience, with significant leadership experience in HR Operations, Total Rewards, and HR Systems. 
-- Expertise in compensation, benefits, HR technology, analytics, global mobility, and compliance. 
-- Proven ability to scale HR operations in a high-growth transformation environment. 
-- Strong business acumen with the ability to balance strategic thinking and hands-on execution. 
-- Experience leading and developing senior-level teams.
