Sr Director Analyst, Direct Procurement

For our client, we are seeking a Sr Director Analyst, Direct Procurement to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space. This role will shape strategic insights and advisory content focused on direct procurement for enterprise leaders. The position is centered on translating market trends, sourcing dynamics, and procurement transformation themes into practical guidance for senior decision-makers. You will also present thought leadership to external audiences and collaborate across internal teams to support client engagement and commercial priorities. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $172,000 – $202,500 annually Responsibilities Create insightful, thought-provoking content for clients on direct procurement topics Develop actionable strategies that address client needs and accelerate decision-making Conduct in-depth analysis to identify barriers and drive strategic thinking Establish thought leadership across a team of analysts Research and forecast market trends to provide actionable client insights Deliver high-value presentations at events and client briefings Support sales by providing market insights that strengthen client engagement Qualifications Bachelor's degree in supply chain, Procurement, Engineering, Business, Economics, or a related field 15+ years of progressive experience in direct procurement and supply chain leadership Executive advisory experience supporting CPOs, CSCOs, CFOs, and senior executives Recognized expertise in direct materials sourcing, commodity strategy, and procurement transformation Exceptional analytical, presentation, research, and communication skills Proven manufacturing background in CPG or heavy industry within global procurement footprints Benefits Opportunity to work with senior executives and influence strategic decisions Access to a collaborative and innovative work environment Professional development through mentorship and coaching opportunities Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
