For our client, we are seeking a Sr. Demand Planner to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This role will own demand planning for assigned products across multiple planning horizons, helping ensure forecast accuracy and alignment with business needs. The Sr. Demand Planner will lead consensus-driven demand reviews, translate market signals into actionable forecast assumptions, and partner closely with Supply Planning and other stakeholders. The position plays a key role in balancing risk, opportunity, and capacity considerations in a regulated healthcare environment. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $103,000 – $134,000 annually Responsibilities Own the demand plan for assigned products across various planning horizons Lead monthly demand reviews to align stakeholders on forecasts and assumptions Analyze demand data and market trends to identify risks and opportunities Communicate forecast performance metrics and coordinate corrective actions Develop scenarios to support business decisions and capacity planning Collaborate with Supply Planning to manage demand changes and priorities Facilitate fact-based decision-making among stakeholders with differing views Qualifications 8+ years of experience in demand planning or related supply chain roles Proven track record of managing demand forecasts across diverse products and markets Experience leading consensus demand reviews and influencing cross-functional teams Proficient in statistical forecasting and performance analysis Familiarity with ERP and advanced planning tools; strong Excel skills preferred Experience in regulated environments such as medical devices or pharmaceuticals is a plus Benefits Remote work flexibility within the US Opportunities for professional development and coaching Access to advanced planning and analytical tools Engagement in a collaborative, cross-functional environment Involvement in impactful decision-making processes Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
