We are seeking an experienced Senior Creative Operations Manager to support a national brand and a key client partner. This position offers a salary range of $75k - $90k, determined by location, experience, and expertise. This is a hybrid position at our brand new office in Superior, CO.
Overview:
This role owns the creative workflow between the client’s Marketing team and ROR’s Creative Team. You will manage intake, evaluate proposed timelines, align work with team capacity, and work directly with the client to adjust schedules when necessary to ensure delivery expectations are realistic and achievable.
The ideal candidate is confident, organized, and comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment with a high volume of work and tight deadlines. This role requires sound judgment, direct communication, and the ability to balance flexibility with firmness while maintaining strong professional relationships.
