About the Opportunity: The SENIOR CONTRACT SPECIALIST is responsible for managing and drafting account-specific contract documents, reviewing non-standard language requests, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and audit requirements. This role supports team operations, serves as a liaison among staff, management, and stakeholders, and develops procedural and workflow documentation. The position contributes to maintaining contract accuracy and operational integrity within the organization. Responsibilities: Draft account-specific documents including contract templates Review and process non-standard document language requests Submit Department of Insurance regulatory filings Source and review contracts for audit, legal, and compliance accuracy Support daily team operations and escalate issues to management Act as liaison between staff, management, and key stakeholders Draft and edit desk level procedures and workflow documents Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or four years of relevant work experience requiring independent judgment Minimum one year experience drafting standard or customized contracts independently Proficiency with Microsoft Office and PC applications Ability to meet deadlines consistently in a fast-paced environment Strong judgment and problem-resolution skills Effective verbal and written communication skills for cross-departmental interaction and document drafting Preferred Qualifications: Experience in network management and provider contracting Familiarity with SalesForce, Conga, or other contract lifecycle management systems Project management or corporate project planning experience Pay Range and Compensation Package: Base pay range $55,900.00 - $123,500.00 Compensation varies based on skills, experience, and location Eligibility for an annual incentive bonus plan subject to plan terms Benefits & Perks: Medical insurance 401(k) savings plan Pension plan Paid maternity leave Paid paternity leave Disability insurance Equal Opportunity Statement: Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
