About the Role:
The Sr. Commercial Operations Specialist, Marketing supports the execution and maintenance of marketing systems, campaigns, and data workflows at Exclusive Resorts. This role ensures campaigns, events, and data processes are set up accurately and run smoothly across Salesforce and connected marketing platforms. In addition to operational responsibilities, this position requires a strong analytical mindset and the ability to provide actionable insights through data.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Systems & Campaign Support
• Set up and manage Salesforce campaigns, including campaign members and response tracking
• Support marketing automations and workflows across tools such as Salesforce, Braze, Pardot, etc.
• Assist with campaign tracking, UTMs, and triggered communications
• Help troubleshoot data and system issues in collaboration with technical teams
• Other duties as needed
Event & Partnership Operations
• Support operational setup for marketing events and partnerships, including Salesforce campaign creation and event platform integrations
• Prepare and upload invite lists, perform RSVP testing, and reconcile data between systems
• Conduct QA on registrant syncing and post-event lead creation
• Other duties as needed
Data Operations & Governance
• Perform recurring lead and data uploads (e.g., partner lists, direct mail campaigns)
• Maintain data quality through validation, cleanup, and adherence to established standards
• Follow documented SOPs to ensure consistency and accuracy
• Other duties as needed
Analytics & Reporting
• Provide accurate, timely data and run reports for the Senior Manager of Marketing Operations and the Senior Director of Commercial Operations
• Create executive-level summaries and dashboards that highlight lead quality, conversion trends, campaign performance, and overall marketing effectiveness
• Analyze marketing KPIs, identify trends, and deliver actionable insights to inform strategic decisions
• Ensure data integrity and consistency across all reporting and analytics processes

Marketing Systems Enablement
• Support Salesforce administrators with testing, QA, and documentation for new marketing-related features
• Assist with rollout and adoption of system enhancements
• Ensure new functionality aligns with existing workflows and data standards

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in marketing operations, CRM support, or marketing execution
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM required
• Experience with tools such as Braze, Pardot, Qualified, SalesLoft, Movable Ink, etc. is a plus
• Salesforce Administrator Certification (or willingness to obtain) preferred
• Strong analytical and reporting skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and present actionable insights
• Comfort creating dashboards, executive summaries, and trend analyses for leadership
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Clear communicator who collaborates well across teams
