Your role is essential in providing exceptional customer service while ensuring timely and safe deliveries across your designated route. MUST HAVE CLEAN BACKGROUND!! Responsibilities Safely operate a sprinter van to deliver goods to customers’ homes or businesses, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations Load and unload cargo efficiently using manual lifting techniques or pallet jacks Load deliveries onto the vehicle in an organized manner to optimize route efficiency and prevent damage Conduct routine vehicle pre-trip inspections before and after shifts to ensure proper functioning and report any maintenance issues promptly Follow designated routes accurately, adjusting as needed for traffic or delivery priorities Provide excellent customer service by communicating professionally with clients during deliveries and addressing any questions or concerns Maintain accurate delivery logs, route documentation, and incident reports as required Experience Previous delivery driver experience or courier work preferred; familiarity with route and commercial driving is a plus Warehouse experience that includes loading/unloading cargo or heavy lifting is advantageous Knowledge of safety protocols related to heavy lifting, moving items, and vehicle operation Ability to handle physical tasks such as load & unload activities using pallet jacks or forklifts when applicable Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and professional demeanor Valid driver’s license suitable for operating a <PERSON> driver vehicle; clean driving record preferred OTR experience and early morning availability is a plus Embark on a journey where your driving skills make an impact!
