NOW HIRING: CARGO VAN DRIVERS & OWNER-OPERATORS Maryland Washington, D.C. Northern Virginia Drive2Deliver Transportation & Logistics is recruiting dependable, punctual, professional, and safety-conscious drivers for commercial delivery, courier, and package transportation assignments. Opportunities include employees driving company-owned vans and qualified independent owner-operators using their own vans. Minimum qualifications  Valid driver’s license appropriate for the vehicle and operation; acceptable driving history without disqualifying violations.  Reliable, punctual, professional, customer-focused, and able to safely operate high-roof cargo vans.  Meet applicable age, safety, transportation, and licensing requirements; use GPS and delivery applications.  Able to perform essential cargo-handling duties with or without reasonable accommodation.  Prior courier, delivery, commercial driving, or DMV-area route experience preferred. Company-owned van drivers  Operate assigned vans, follow dispatch instructions, complete deliveries on time, inspect vehicles, secure cargo, maintain records, and report safety concerns.  Full-time and part-time employment opportunities, subject to route availability; competitive compensation based on role and assignment. Independent owner-operators  Own or lawfully operate a suitable cargo van and maintain applicable registration, commercial insurance, vehicle safety standards, and any required operating authority.  Potential negotiated route-based, per-delivery, or mileage-based service contracts. Contractor classification depends on the actual relationship and applicable law.Background checks and screening  Background checks may begin after application or résumé submission and before selection or assignment, only when permitted by law and after required disclosures and authorizations.  Screening may include motor vehicle records, license verification, relevant experience, and legally permitted criminal background checks. Submitting a résumé alone does not authorize screening.
