The National WWII Museum is currently seeking a Specialty Sales Manager for Field Trip Sales & Operations. The Field Trip Sales and Operations Manager is responsible for outreach, booking, and managing field trip visits. This role coordinates reservations, including processing bookings, processing payments, handling schedule changes along with Education, and maintaining accurate records that pertain to school field trips. The Manager serves as the primary point of contact for teachers and school representatives, providing timely communication and support from initial inquiry through the day of the visit. Responsibilities also include scheduling orientations and lunch arrangements, collaborating with the Education team on field trip outreach initiatives, and ensuring a seamless and engaging experience for all field trip groups. Strong organizational
skills, attention to detail, and excellent customer service are essential for success in this role.
