Specialty Fulfillment Associate

Specialty Order Packer – USPS & Mixed Bundle Fulfillment Supplyhut is looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Specialty Order Packer to handle some of our more complex fulfillment processes. This is not a basic packing position. This role is responsible for fulfilling USPS orders and mixed/bundled Supplyhut orders that require close attention to detail, strong organization, accurate counting, and the ability to learn and remember multiple processes. There are several different order types, product combinations, packing requirements, and procedures that must be followed correctly. We are looking for someone who can learn a process, retain what they have been taught, and consistently complete orders accurately without needing the same instructions repeated every day. What You’ll Be Doing: Pick, prepare, and pack specialty customer orders Fulfill USPS orders according to specific packing and shipping requirements Fulfill mixed and bundled Supplyhut orders containing multiple products and quantities Accurately count products and verify quantities before orders are completed Read order information carefully and follow detailed instructions Learn and remember different order types, packing procedures, and product requirements Identify differences between similar products, SKUs, quantities, and order configurations Double-check your own work for accuracy before an order leaves your station Keep multiple steps and requirements organized while working efficiently Learn updated processes as customer and fulfillment requirements change Maintain a clean and organized workstation Assist with other warehouse and fulfillment duties as needed What We Are Looking For: This position is best suited for someone who: Has excellent attention to detail Learns quickly and retains information well Can remember and consistently follow multi-step processes Has strong basic reading comprehension Is comfortable with basic math and accurate counting Can recognize patterns, differences, and details between orders Can work independently after completing training Takes accuracy seriously and checks their work Can stay organized when handling several different order types Is dependable and consistently shows up ready to work Is comfortable asking questions during training but is also able to retain the answer and apply it moving forward Important: There is a significant amount of information to learn in this position. We provide hands-on training, but the person in this role must be able to retain that training and apply it consistently. Accuracy is extremely important. Packing the wrong item, quantity, bundle, or order configuration creates inventory issues and customer problems, so we are specifically looking for someone who is careful, focused, and able to follow detailed processes every day. Qualifications: Previous warehouse, order fulfillment, inventory, shipping, or packing experience is preferred Ability to read and understand written order instructions Ability to accurately count and verify quantities Ability to learn multiple processes and switch between different order types Strong attendance and reliability Ability to work efficiently while maintaining accuracy Comfortable working in a warehouse environment Schedule: Monday - Friday from 7:30AM - 4:00PM Pay: $17.00/hr - $20.00/hr Location: Supplyhut – Cleveland, OH 44111 If you are someone who learns quickly, remembers processes, notices small details, and takes pride in getting orders right the first time, we would like to hear from you.
