This role combines supplier onboarding and ongoing supplier governance with vendor due diligence, risk assessments, and issue remediation tracking. The Specialist will maintain accurate supplier records in Oracle EBS, process business requests, review documentation and insurance requirements, and support internal controls and compliance standards. Working with Supply Chain, Legal, Risk Management, and business stakeholders, this individual will help reduce third-party risk and improve the supplier and internal customer experience. Key Responsibilities · Facilitate supplier onboarding and ongoing maintenance in Oracle EBS, ensuring supplier records are accurate, complete, and consistent. · Process supplier setup, updates, and compliance requests in accordance with internal policies and standards. · Support vendor due diligence and third-party risk assessments, including review of supplier documentation and compliance information. · Track risk issues and remediation activities and coordinate follow-up with relevant stakeholders. · Maintain supplier certificates of insurance (COIs), policy documentation, and related compliance records to meet company and regulatory requirements. · Support third-party governance processes, audits, data reviews, and process improvements. · Collaborate with Supply Chain managers, buyers, Legal, Risk Management, and business partners to resolve pending requests, minimize service disruption, and support contingency planning. · Maintain Supply Chain intranet pages and related resources so current service information is accessible. · Use feedback from teammates, internal customers, and suppliers to improve service quality and operational performance. · Adhere to safety policies and demonstrate professionalism, accountability, and respect for colleagues and suppliers. Required Qualifications · Bachelor’s degree in a related field. · At least 2 years of relevant experience. · Experience with Oracle EBS. · Experience with third-party risk management processes. · Advanced Microsoft Office skills. · Strong data review and analysis skills, with attention to accuracy and completeness. · Professional written and verbal communication skills. · Strong collaboration skills and ability to work across business functions. Preferred Qualifications · Procurement or Supply Chain experience. · Experience managing supplier certificates of insurance. · Supplier onboarding experience. · Experience auditing datasets.
