We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Specialist, Investor Services Operations Representative, to join our Fund and IS Client Ops team. This role is located in Boston, MA.

 

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

  • Process and verify transactions efficiently by demonstrating expertise in transaction processing systems and protocols.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements through meticulous attention to detail and adherence to established guidelines.
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve transaction discrepancies, utilizing strong problem-solving skills and analytical capabilities.
  • Maintain client records accurately by employing a thorough understanding of data management practices.
  • Proactively identify process improvement opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and client service.
  • Support the team in achieving service delivery goals by contributing to a collaborative and dynamic work environment.

 

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred; professional certification in transaction processing or a related discipline is advantageous.
  • 0–5 years of experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to ensure accurate transaction processing.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively within the team; detail-oriented mindset to maintain compliance and accuracy in transaction records.
