Are you ready to make your next career move to join our team as our Spare Parts Warehouse Coordinator for KONE in Mississauga? Have you run a warehouse operation where you owned the priorities, not just the task list? Can you keep inventory accurate through cycle counts and disciplined stock control? Are you comfortable working in SAP, Microsoft Office, and online courier platforms? Would you step in to handle a customer or branch call when your manager is away? Do you take pride in a warehouse that is clean, organized, and safe? If you answered a resounding YES to these questions, then we have an amazing opportunity for you! As our Spare Parts Warehouse Coordinator , you will support the day-to-day operation of our Mississauga spare parts warehouse, including shipping, receiving, and inspection of parts, equipment, and tools, alongside inventory management and cycle counts. You will use both manual and digital systems to label and record shipments, review bills of lading for accuracy, and coordinate outbound shipments. You may also operate a forklift to safely sort materials and manage equipment. This is a hands-on role. Roughly 80% of your time is spent on the warehouse floor, with the balance on data entry, invoicing, and coordination. As we centralize inventory from our branches, you will become a key point of contact for internal branch teams and customers, with the opportunity to grow within the department. You will bring 3+ years of warehouse and inventory experience, ideally including some responsibility for leading or coordinating a warehouse operation, along with a high school diploma and forklift experience. Prior exposure to best-practice warehouse methods such as 5S is an asset. You must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. while handling various parts and equipment. Elevator and escalator product knowledge can be taught, since we have the documentation and the training in place, but we are looking for someone who learns our process first and then brings us ideas on how to make it better.
