Spanish Bilingual - Warehouse worker

Duties Operate various warehouse equipment including reach trucks, forklifts, cherry pickers, pallet jacks, cranes, and order pickers to load, unload, stock, and move inventory safely and efficiently Manage inventory control through accurate use of inventory management software and warehouse management systems (WMS), ensuring stock levels are maintained and discrepancies are addressed promptly Perform manual handling tasks such as heavy lifting and stocking products with proper safety protocol adherence in accordance with OSHA standards Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping and receiving using RF scanners and other material handling equipment to ensure order accuracy and timely dispatch Conduct shipping & receiving activities, including verifying shipments against orders, inspecting goods for damage, and maintaining detailed records of inbound and outbound items Maintain a clean, organized workspace by following safety regulations and PPE use guidelines to prevent accidents or injuries during warehouse operations Assist with inventory audits, cycle counts, and stock replenishment to support efficient warehouse distribution processes Qualifications Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English is required to facilitate effective communication within diverse teams Proven experience operating warehouse equipment such as reach trucks, forklifts (including cherry pickers), cranes, RF scanners, pallet jacks, and order pickers Strong understanding of warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory management software (such as AS400), and logistics procedures Knowledge of safety regulations including OSHA standards and PPE protocols to ensure a safe working environment Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and handle manual tasks with precision in a fast-paced setting Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying quantities accurately Previous experience in warehouse operations or distribution centers is highly preferred; warehouse supervisor experience is a plus Technical proficiency with material handling equipment operation and warehouse management systems is essential Join us in delivering excellence through efficient logistics!
