We’re looking for a dependable, organized, and energetic person to join our Minnesota team! This full-time position is based at our Regional Distribution Center in Arden Hills and helps keep our three Woodhouse Spa locations in Woodbury, Roseville, and Maple Grove stocked and running smoothly. If you love staying organized, checking things off your to-do list, and keeping everything in its place, this might be the perfect fit! “You’ve Gotta Do What You Love!” What You’ll Be Doing Receiving, unboxing, and organizing incoming products and supplies. Packing and preparing inventory for delivery to our three spas. Processing and shipping guest mail- out purchases. Coordinating couriers and keeping inventory moving! Keeping our warehouse clean, organized, and running efficiently. Assisting with inventory tracking, data entry, and computer-based tasks. Occasionally helping with deliveries to our spas when needed. Working alongside our Regional Inventory Director to keep everything on track. You’ll Be a Great Fit If You… Are super organized and love the details! Are reliable, punctual, and take pride in your work. Enjoy working independently but also take direction well. Have solid computer skills and are comfortable learning new systems. Can multitask, problem-solve, and roll with the occasional change of plans. Enjoy hands-on work and can lift 35 pounds or more, with or without reasonable accommodation. Bring a positive attitude and aren’t afraid to jump in and help! Experience in inventory, shipping, or warehouse operations is a plus, but we’re happy to train the right person!
