ConfidentialSouthwest Regional CDL-A Driver – $3,000 Sign-On Bonus! Pay: $0.60 - $.62 CPM + Bonuses + Paid Home Time Schedule: 10–14 days out | 1 day off per week | Reefer. Get paid even when you are resting at home. Sign-On Bonus: $3,000 Sign-On Bonus Base Pay: $0.60 - $.62 CPM to start (based on verifiable experience) + monthly performance bonuses. Paid Home Time: $50 per day while home on your reset (up to 4 days/months). Easy Running: No-touch dry van freight. No Northeast lanes. TWIC Card Covered: TWIC is required, but we pay 100% of the costs and help you through the entire application process to get it. Minimum Requirements OTR Experience: 1 year verifiable OTR (Tractor-Trailer) in the last 3 years. (Or 6 months in the past year + certificate from a 120hr+ certified school/program). No Local Experience: Local driving does not count toward fulfillment. Job Stability: Max 6 jobs in 3 years | Max 2 jobs in the past year. Driving Record & Background Constraints Violations: Max 3 minor violations in 3 years (max 3 in the past year). Major Infractions: ZERO major violations in 3 years (reckless, tailgating, 15+ mph speeding, hit-and-run). Accidents/Incidents: Max 3 preventable, non-reportable accidents or minor incidents in 3 years. Background: Case-by-case. No drug/alcohol convictions in 5 years. No violent convictions in 10 years. Lifetime DQ for sexual offenses or any CMV drug/alcohol conviction. Must be off probation/parole 5+ years. No pending charges.
