YOUR IMPACT STARTS HERE We're looking for a Sourcing Specialist I to support sourcing activities across assigned categories, including RFQ preparation, vendor communication, and supplier performance tracking. You'll maintain supplier databases and procurement records, conduct market research and spend analytics, and help coordinate purchase orders with the purchasing team. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their procurement or sourcing career to learn Victaulic's sourcing policies, processes, and tools while building a strong foundation in category support and supplier management. WHAT YOU'LL BUILD & OWN Support sourcing activities including RFQ preparation and vendor communication, such as organizing supplier responses, populating comparison matrices, and preparing award recommendations. Maintain supplier databases and procurement records. Conduct basic market research, spend analytics, and supplier benchmarking to inform category decisions. Request and coordinate the creation of purchase orders with the purchasing team. Track supplier performance metrics. Assist in sourcing initiative analysis and reporting. Assist with supplier performance monitoring and documentation. Learn and apply Victaulic's sourcing policies, supplier code of conduct, and contract administration standards. WHAT YOU BRING Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field. 0-2 years of experience in procurement or sourcing. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems. Strong analytical and communication skills. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment.
