Sourcing Specialist

Our client is seeking a Sourcing Specialist to join their recruiting team and play a critical role in identifying and engaging top technical talent. This is a high-volume, fast-paced opportunity for someone who knows how to find hard-to-reach candidates, craft compelling outreach, and move quickly from search to qualified candidate. The ideal candidate is resourceful, tenacious, and highly independent, someone who can take a search, run with it, and consistently deliver strong candidates with minimal direction. Responsibilities Review and qualify applications to identify candidates aligned with team requirements. Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing strategies to identify and engage highly qualified talent. Source candidates for specialized roles for a variety of roles based on team expectations. Develop creative, personalized outreach strategies to attract passive candidates. Conduct initial candidate outreach and maintain consistent communication throughout the sourcing process. Conduct initial phone screens as needed and transition qualified candidates to the recruiter. Manage a high volume of candidates and searches while maintaining a strong sense of urgency and attention to detail. Partner closely with recruiters to understand search requirements and continuously refine sourcing strategies. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of talent for current and anticipated openings. Consistently meet sourcing and candidate-submission goals in a fast-moving environment. Ideal Experience 3+ years of recruiting or sourcing experience, with a generalist focus. Strong proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter. Experience working in an agency, high-volume, or fast-paced recruiting environment preferred. Demonstrated ability to write creative, compelling candidate outreach messages and generate strong response rates. Comfortable working with metrics and high-volume sourcing goals. Ability to consistently identify and present approximately 8–10 qualified candidates per role each week. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple searches and competing priorities. Naturally resourceful, persistent, and creative in finding difficult-to-reach candidates. Strong communication skills and the ability to quickly build rapport with candidates.
