Salary will be determined by the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. Contract Management: Negotiate favorable terms and conditions with suppliers to ensure security of supply, commercial appropriateness, and risk management to generate mutually beneficial agreements that will deliver value for both parties. Strategic Sourcing: Select suppliers to provide direct material within a given category of suppliers who substantially conform to the category strategy, provide commercial favorability and reduce risk. Portfolio Management: Manage the portfolio of spend for a given category to include financial performance, plan for every part, and understanding of total supply chain. Commercial Strategy: Analyze total cost structures and implement strategies to reduce procurement risk (financial and otherwise) while maintaining quality and delivery performance to generate best total value for a given category.
