Job Title: Sourcing Manager Job Location: Sunnyvale, CA onsite Job Type: Full-Time Job Description Experience: 2 4 years Must Have Technical/Functional Skills SCM - Sourcing Roles & Responsibilities Senior Sourcing/Program Management Associate: Graduate with 3+ years of experience including 1+ years of sourcing experience in initiating, executing, evaluating, and managing strategic sourcing activities. Good understanding of 5-10 direct or indirect categories. 1-3 years of experience managing intermediate-sized programs related to Supplier Relationship Management (SRM), including but not limited to communicating with stakeholders and participants in business reviews, organizing Supplier Business Review (SBR) meetings, developing slides and reports for meetings, and gathering scorecard results. The Sr. Sourcing Associate will execute intermediate and complex sourcing projects from start to finish, including but not limited to sourcing request validation per LinkedIn guidelines, requirements analysis for bid packages, communicating with LinkedIn requesters to close data gaps, preparing and publishing packages to identified suppliers for bidding purposes, following up with suppliers to ensure adequate participation, and summarizing proposals back to the requestor. Responsibilities include: Manage and lead sourcing execution and drive value from projects. Manage LinkedIn expectations and ensure project success. Facilitate LinkedIn SRM activities such as Supplier Business Reviews and Supplier Scorecards.
