Sourcing Manager

Payrate: $55.00 - $60.00/hr. Summary: The position requires at least 7 years of strategic sourcing experience, with 10 years preferred. Experience in Indirect Procurement is strongly preferred, and candidates with Marketing experience are especially encouraged to apply. This role will support the Marketing Procurement Group. Responsibilities Lead sourcing activities of moderate complexity and provide support for complex or strategic initiatives. Manage end-to-end sourcing processes including requirements gathering, RFP/RFI development, proposal evaluation, scenario analysis, supplier selection, and contract drafting, negotiation, and execution to deliver optimal value and terms. Execute main service agreements, statements of work, letter agreements, and order forms. Define commodity and supplier strategies. Adopt best-practice commodity management and strategic sourcing processes. Track category performance relative to targets and conduct supplier reviews for assigned suppliers. Communicate clearly with procurement leadership, business stakeholders, and team about strategies, contracts, and project updates. Provide support for highly complex or strategic initiatives, including analyzing supply market and current supply base, building business cases, creating RFx and auctions, negotiating contract provisions, tracking and reporting category performance against targets, onboarding suppliers, conducting supplier performance reviews, and monitoring contract execution. Identify and recommend future sourcing opportunities. Qualifications At least 7 years of strategic sourcing experience required, with 10 years preferred. Strongly preferred experience in Indirect Procurement. Experience in Marketing is especially encouraged. Skills Experience leveraging AI-powered procurement tools, spend analytics, and market intelligence to generate insights, identify savings opportunities, and support data-driven sourcing decisions. Strong analytical skills and competency with Excel are required. Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $55.00 - $60.00 /hour . Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience.
