Sourcing Manager Location: Chester, VA Salary: $100,000 - $130,000 + Bonus + Benefits Job Type: Full-Time About the Opportunity Boden Talent is partnering with a leading facilities and workplace services organization to recruit a Sourcing Manager . This is an excellent opportunity for a procurement professional to lead strategic sourcing initiatives, supplier management programs, and contract negotiations for a large manufacturing portfolio. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving cost savings, improving supplier performance, managing contract compliance, and developing procurement strategies that support operational and business objectives. Key Responsibilities Analyze facilities management spend, supplier performance, operations, and scopes of work to identify opportunities for cost savings and value creation. Develop and execute sourcing strategies that deliver sustainable savings and support annual procurement targets. Evaluate business forecasts, market trends, and supplier markets to identify risks, opportunities, and optimization strategies. Lead supplier relationship management activities, including Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), performance monitoring, and continuous improvement initiatives. Manage supplier and contractor certification processes and conduct vendor performance reviews. Draft, negotiate, review, and manage contracts for both hard and soft facilities services. Support and lead RFP, RFQ, and sourcing events, including supplier selection, contract negotiations, and implementation. Review purchase order activity and ensure compliance with contractual terms and procurement policies. Maintain contract documentation and track renewals, extensions, expirations, and terminations. Produce reports and analytics to support client, account, and procurement team objectives. Partner with operational stakeholders to develop sourcing solutions that improve service delivery and financial performance. Promote procurement best practices and educate stakeholders on strategic sourcing and outsourcing methodologies. Ensure supplier engagements align with corporate policies, ethical standards, and contractual obligations. Requirements Bachelor's Degree preferred. 3-5 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, supply chain, vendor management, or a related discipline. Strong experience negotiating contracts and managing supplier relationships. Experience sourcing facilities management services, outsourced services, or indirect procurement categories is highly desirable. Strong commercial acumen with the ability to evaluate spend data and identify cost-saving opportunities. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook. Strong analytical and financial skills with the ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable recommendations. CPSM, CPM, NACM, or similar procurement certifications are preferred. Ability to travel as required. Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
