Indirect Sourcing Manager Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for driving savings and building strong supplier partnerships? We’re looking for a Principal Indirect Sourcing Manager to join our growing team! Reporting to the Director of Indirect Procurement, you’ll play a key role in shaping sourcing strategies across multiple indirect categories—such as HR, IT, Marketing, MRO, Professional Services, Real Estate & Facilities, Transportation & Logistics, and more. What You’ll Do Develop and execute sourcing strategies for a broad range of indirect services and goods Identify opportunities for meaningful cost savings and process improvements across OpEx and CapEx Negotiate contracts to secure the best pricing and terms with suppliers Build and maintain strong supplier relationships, ensuring performance excellence Partner with internal teams to align procurement strategies with business goals Track, report, and communicate monthly savings and KPIs to executive leadership Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and procedures What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field (or equivalent experience) 5+ years of experience in indirect procurement or sourcing, managing two or more categories Proven track record in change management and continuous process improvement Strong negotiation skills and experience managing supplier contracts Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at all levels Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving abilities Comfortable working independently and collaboratively across teams Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and SAP Ariba Experience with Spend Control Tower Why Join Us?
