Position Responsibilities
• Take charge of product sourcing, vendor selection, and new product development within your designated category.
• Conduct meetings and negotiations with domestic and international vendors to foster successful partnerships for Uline product lines.
• Engage collaboratively with vendors on performance metrics, product development, and uphold our exceptional quality standards.
• Establish robust relationships with Uline leaders and various internal teams including Purchasing, Marketing, and Quality Control.
• Mentor and develop a group of Product Management Analysts to enhance team capabilities.
Minimum Requirements
• Bachelor's degree.
• 7+ years of experience in direct product sourcing from domestic and international factories preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, project management, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Willingness to travel internationally for tradeshows and vendor engagements.
