Kohl'sRole Specific Information Job Description About the Role In this role, you will enable the sourcing strategy through accurate data analysis, costing support, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration. This role provides reliable operational and analytical support to the sourcing team. What You’ll Do Conduct data analysis to provide insights that support sourcing strategy, vendor negotiations, cost optimization, country of production mix, and seasonal costing events With guidance, support sourcing activities for assigned product categories or brands through structured costing events and ongoing engagement with cross-functional stakeholders Build collaborative partnerships with cross-functional teams, including Production, Materials, Design, Merchandising, and Planning Collaborate with internal teams and global vendor partners to ensure the accuracy and integrity of costing inputs, enabling effective analysis and informed sourcing decisions Develop data visualizations and presentations that translate analysis into business insights, informing sourcing strategy and decision-making Maintain systems and documentation to ensure accurate, timely, and complete information throughout the sourcing process Support special projects and other sourcing initiatives as assigned Maintain sourcing documentation, process guides, and training resources; support continuous improvement of costing tools and workflows Additional tasks may be assigned Addendum - Strategic Sourcing Support organization and project management for strategic sourcing initiatives. Conduct research and due diligence to support assessment and onboarding of new factory partners What Skills You Have Required Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables and data analysis Preferred Bachelor’s degree in Sourcing, Textiles, Business, Supply Chain, or a closely related field preferred 1+ years of experience in retail, production, sourcing, supply chain management, or a related field Research and analysis background This role is based at our New York Design Office. You’ll work onsite from Monday through Thursday, with the option to work remotely on Fridays.
