Sourcing Analyst

About the Opportunity: The SOURCING ANALYST role supports the organization's procurement and supply chain goals by identifying and managing supplier opportunities that enhance cost efficiency, quality, and operations. This position contributes critical market and data analysis, supports supplier negotiations, and ensures supplier performance aligns with business objectives. Responsibilities: Conduct market research to identify and evaluate potential suppliers. Analyze procurement data to find cost savings and improve sourcing strategies. Collaborate with teams to implement strategic sourcing initiatives. Develop and monitor supplier performance metrics and compliance. Prepare reports and presentations on sourcing findings and recommendations. Support supplier negotiations to secure favorable terms. Manage procurement activities including purchase orders and reporting. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business administration, or related field. Minimum 3 years experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain analysis. Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Experience with ERP systems and procurement software. Knowledge of supplier relationship management and performance evaluation preferred. Familiarity with corporate or manufacturing procurement environments preferred. Pay Range and Compensation Package: Salary range for this role is $81,500.00 to $92,000.00 annually, excluding bonuses and other compensation.
