VBeyond CorporationPosition Details Job Title: Solution Lead – Reverse Logistics Location: USA Remote Duration: 12+ Months Employment Type: W2 Contract Only Preferred Locations: Bay Area, Redmond/Seattle, Austin Key Responsibilities Lead reverse logistics solution design and process optimization in the consumer electronics industry. Partner with logistics and supply chain teams to develop scalable, flexible, and sustainable operational and system strategies. Gather business requirements, facilitate cross-functional workshops, and translate requirements into functional specifications and solution designs. Drive supply chain process improvements, operational efficiency, and ERP/business application implementations. Develop business workflows, architectural documentation, system process maps, and solution roadmaps. Support warranty and entitlement framework definition, supply chain reporting accuracy, and business case development. Collaborate with business stakeholders and training teams to develop reference documentation and process guidelines. Required Qualifications 10+ years of experience in reverse logistics operations, preferably within high-volume consumer electronics. Strong experience with Oracle Fusion, SAP, or similar ERP platforms supporting manufacturing and supply chain operations. Experience with warranty and entitlement offerings. Background in ERP/supply chain systems implementation and business application solutions. Experience with PLM tools and platforms such as Teamcenter, Windchill, or Agile is preferred. Working knowledge of databases and SQL. Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies and continuous improvement practices.
