Summary of the Role Position: Solo Lease Purchase / Owner-Operator (OTR Class A CDL Driver) Employment Type: Independent Contractor (1099), Full-Time Terminal Base: Deer Park, TX Freight Type: Cryogenics- compressed gases like Nitrogen, Oxygen, Argon Schedule: Must be willing to stay out on the road for 21 days minimum Responsibilities Transport cryogenic liquid tanks nationwide OTR routes safely and efficiently Attend a mandatory 5-day training/orientation in Deer Park, TX (Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM; lunch provided, lodging available upon request) Manage vehicle operations, logbooks via Samsara ELD system, and maintenance schedules Navigate winter and mountain driving conditions independently Qualifications Age: Minimum 24 years old Licensure: Valid Class A CDL with Hazmat and Tanker endorsements ( California CDL holders not accepted for this role ) Driving Experience: 24 months of verifiable OTR driving within the last 5 years Proven mountain and snow driving experience Security Clearance: Valid TWIC card (or ability to obtain one) Driving & Criminal Record: No felony or DUI convictions in the last 7 years Maximum 1 preventable accident in the last 5 years Maximum 3 moving violations in the last 5 years No prior violations of Federal Highway Drug & Alcohol regulations Benefits & Compensation Estimated Take-Home Pay (After Expenses): Lease Purchase: $2,000 – $4,000+ per week Owner-Operators: $3,000 – $5,000+ per week Lease Purchase Program: No credit check, no upfront down payment, walk-away contract with no strings attached Equipment & Fleet Support: No trailer rental fees, no pumps/wet kits needed (trailers do the work), free trailer washes at Blue Beacon, and provided Samsara ELD systems Financial & Cost Perks: Toll and scale reimbursements, Love's fuel card discounts, base plate program, M&R escrow account, and weekly ACH settlements Workplace Flexibility: No forced dispatch, 24/7 access to dispatch/safety/maintenance support, and longevity pay increases Driver Programs: Passenger/rider program, pet rider program, life insurance options, and referral bonuses Job Types: Full-time, Contract Pay: $214,000.00 - $275,000.00 per year Benefits: Fuel card Fuel discount Lease purchase program Life insurance Paid toll fees Passenger ride along program Pet rider program Referral program People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply Application Question(s): Are you willing to stay out 21 days at a time, running potentially all 48 states?
