Responsibilities
• Assist in unloading trucks and transporting piles from the laydown yard for pile installation.
• Collaborate with operators to ensure piles are driven to GPS locations and correct heights using tape measures.
• Carry piles to designated locations, requiring the ability to lift 25 lbs repeatedly.
• Work with operators and foremen in racking installation, ensuring proper material gathering and installation using blueprints.
• Utilize power drills and hand tools to install racking, verifying measurements and conducting spot quality control checks.
• Support operators in unloading and transporting solar modules to workstations, lifting 25-30 lbs continuously during module installation.
• Install modules using power drills and hand tools, securing them with bolts or screws at a rapid pace to meet production schedules.
Essential Skills
• Minimum of 1 year of construction experience.
• At least 1 year of experience in outdoor work settings.
• Experience in unloading trucks, staging, and inventory management.
• Proficiency in using power and hand tools for over a year.
• Ability to repeatedly lift 25 lbs or more.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
• Experience in solar installation and electrical work is advantageous.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with daily production goals.
• Ability to work in extreme temperature conditions and uneven terrain.

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract position based out of San Antonio, TX.
Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
