Software Support/Developer

Our philosophy: Image Now, Age Later™ We're looking for a Software Developer to support and extend our ERP environment, built on SAP Business One and SQL Server. You'll build and maintain the integrations and reports that keep orders, payments, tax, warehousing, and shipping running smoothly. You'll work closely with business users to turn their needs into reliable solutions, and you'll take projects from requirements through to deployment and support. Key responsibilities Develop, maintain, and optimize SQL Server objects: stored procedures, functions, views, triggers, and SQL Agent jobs. Support and enhance SAP Business One, including user-defined fields and tables, queries, and add-on integrations. Build and maintain integrations between the ERP and other systems: third-party logistics providers (3PLs), WMS, payment processing, sales tax (AvaTax), and e-commerce platforms. Design and deliver reports and dashboards in Power BI or similar tools. Follow the full software development lifecycle (SDLC): gather requirements, design, develop, test, deploy, document, and support. Take part in system upgrades and migrations, including testing, cutover planning, and post-go-live support. Troubleshoot production issues, find root causes, and put lasting fixes in place. Write clear technical documentation and keep business users and management informed on project status, risks, and timelines. Required qualifications [1–3+] years of experience in software development or database development. Strong SQL skills, ideally on Microsoft SQL Server: complex queries, joins, performance tuning, stored procedures, and functions. Experience with Power BI, SSRS, Crystal Reports, or another reporting tool. Solid understanding of the SDLC, testing practices, and change management. Strong written and verbal communication, including the ability to explain technical topics to non-technical people. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience. Preferred qualifications Experience with SAP Business One, or another ERP such as NetSuite, Dynamics, Sage, or Acumatica. Knowledge of order-to-cash processes: sales orders, fulfillment, invoicing, and payments. Experience with integration platforms such as Boomi, or with REST and SOAP APIs. Familiarity with SAP B1 DI API or Service Layer, or with ERP add-on development. Experience with C#/.NET, Python, or another programming language. Exposure to WMS, 3PL, AvaTax, or credit card payment integrations.
