Snow Salt Truck Driver
Randys Lawn Care LLCAbout the Job: Randy’s Lawn Care is looking for dependable CDL drivers to help keep our routes clear and safe this winter. You’ll operate a plow and salt truck during snow events, keeping lots and drives open for our clients. This is a hands-on, on-call position for drivers who don’t mind early mornings, late nights, and working in tough weather. What You’ll Do: Safely operate a plow and salt truck on assigned routes Apply salt or de-icing materials as directed Complete all snow removal and salting to company standards Inspect equipment before and after each use Keep accurate records of hours, materials, and route details Communicate with dispatch and management during shifts What We’re Looking For: CDL A or CDL B with air brakes (required) Clean driving record Dependable and punctual: must be available during all snow events, including nights, weekends, and holidays Able to work in cold and harsh weather conditions Positive attitude and strong attention to safety Smartphone required for communication and route updates Why Work With Us: Wages starting at $30.00+ per hour depending on experience Training provided Seasonal work with potential for full-time employment after winter If you take pride in keeping things moving when the weather turns rough and want to join a reliable crew, apply today.
