We're looking for dependable people who want to be part of that, including: People with a full-time job who want extra winter income Experienced plow drivers and equipment operators Anyone looking for their first opportunity in professional snow management Positions & Pay Snow Shovelers — $20–$30/hour No experience required We'll train the right person Plow Truck Drivers — $25–$40/hour Previous plowing experience preferred Valid driver's license required Must be able to obtain a DOT medical card Equipment Operators — $30–$45/hour 2–3+ years of equipment operating experience preferred Equipment includes wheel loaders, backhoes, skid steers, and other snow equipment Pay within each range is based on experience, qualifications, equipment capability, and level of responsibility. Proven experience is valuable, and we're willing to pay for it. Winter Reliability Bonus Earn an extra $2.00/hour for every qualifying snow event hour worked Must commit to the winter and maintain strong attendance Paid as a bonus in April When winter hits, our clients depend on us—and we reward the people we can depend on. What You Should Know Seasonal, part-time/on-call positions Snow events can happen overnight, early mornings, weekends, holidays, and during extended shifts You can have another full-time or part-time job, but you must commit to one snow and ice company for the winter Reliable transportation to our yard is required when called for an event What We're Looking For Clear communicator Takes direction well Operates safely Respects equipment and client property Takes pride in doing the job right—even at 3:00 AM A Professional Snow Operation There's a difference between owning a snowplow and professionally managing snow and ice.
