Snowplow Truck Driver, Snow Shoveler, Heavy Equipment Operator Our Snow Removal positions are On-Call Part-time Temporary Seasonal positions. November 1 – April 30. Everett’s Landscape Management, Inc. has many snow positions available. Snowplow Truck Driver Pay rate: $24 - $28 per hour, based on snowplow experience. Snow Shoveler Pay rate: $25 - $28 per hour, based on shoveling experience. Heavy Equipment Operator Pay rate: $24 - $30 per hour, based on position and experience. Heavy Equipment Snow Removal Operator positions available: Skid Steer $24 - $28 per hour Tractor $26 - $30 per hour Loader $26 - $30 per hour Hours worked are snow weather dependent, but typically occur between midnight – 8:00 a.m. for snowplow truck drivers & heavy equipment snow operator positions. For snow shoveler positions, the on-call hours are typically between 2:00 a.m. – 8:00 a.m. We will work with you to fit your availability if you have another job, or if you are attending school. These snow positions are a great way to earn extra money. If desired, these snow removal seasonal positions can also lead to full time positions in the spring.
