Snow Removal Operator – Plow Truck Driver

We are seeking dependable, hardworking individuals to join our snow removal team for the upcoming winter season. We provide commercial and residential snow removal services throughout Northeast Ohio and are looking for employees who take pride in their work, operate equipment responsibly, and can be counted on when winter weather arrives. Responsibilities Operating pickup trucks equipped with snowplows. Clearing commercial parking lots and residential driveways. Performing sidewalk snow removal and de-icing as needed. Applying salt to parking lots and walkways. Inspecting equipment and maintaining safe operating practices. Working independently and efficiently while maintaining quality standards. Requirements Valid driver's license and driving record acceptable to our commercial auto insurance provider. Reliable transportation to and from work. Ability to work overnight, early mornings, weekends, and holidays when snow events occur. Ability to perform physically demanding outdoor work in winter conditions. Dependable communication and ability to respond promptly when called in. Responsible attitude toward company vehicles, equipment, and customer properties. Preferred Experience Previous snowplowing experience is strongly preferred. However, candidates with experience driving pickup trucks, towing trailers, operating commercial equipment, or performing outdoor labor are encouraged to apply. Training may be provided to qualified candidates who demonstrate strong mechanical aptitude, responsibility, and a willingness to learn. Position Details Seasonal winter employment (December–March). Hours vary depending on snowfall and weather conditions. Overnight and early-morning shifts are common. Competitive hourly compensation based on experience and qualifications.
