About Summit Snow Partners Summit Snow Partners is a commercial snow removal and ice management company based on the Boston Post Road in Milford. We plow and salt office parks, medical buildings, retail plazas, HOAs and industrial properties in Milford and the bordering towns. Our crews are W-2 employees, not subcontractors. We provide the trucks, we stage backup equipment before every storm, and we document every visit for our clients. We are known for showing up, and we hire people who do the same. The role We are hiring plow truck drivers to run commercial routes for the 2026 to 2027 winter season. You will drive a company plow truck on an assigned route of commercial properties, plowing to the trigger depth and leaving each lot clean, safe and properly stacked. What you’ll do Drive a company plow truck on an assigned route of commercial properties Plow parking lots, drive lanes and entrances following each site’s plan and stacking areas Back drag along buildings, loading docks and tight areas without damaging curbs or property Assist with salting and de-icing as assigned Run pre-trip and post-trip truck and plow checks and report any problems Photograph and log each site visit so every service is documented What we need from you Experience plowing with a pickup or 1 ton truck (commercial lots preferred; V-plow experience a plus) Availability for every snow and ice event all winter, including overnight, weekends and holidays Willingness to be on call from November through April and to answer the phone when we call Reliable transportation and the ability to reach our Milford yard safely during a storm Ability to work long storm shifts in tough conditions Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; must pass a background and driving record check CDL not required Pay and bonuses $25-40 per hour based on experience Overtime at time and a half over 40 hours in a week 4 hour minimum for every callout $250 sign-on bonus, paid after your first storm Season reliability bonus: $750 for working 100% of called storms ($400 at 90%) Room to grow We are adding properties and equipment every season and we promote from within. Drivers who show up and do great work move up to equipment operator, then Shift Leader running a crew during storms, with real paths into Operations and Management as the company grows.
